2.5" Width of Flower, 15" Height of Scape, Hybridized by Grace Rood, Introduced by Kathy Rood 1998 Description: Discovered as a seedling growing in a shady area where it never bloomed for Grace Rood to see, Kathy moved it out into the sun where it flourished. Grace would have fallen in love with its miniature light pink blend and its deeper rose eye. This fragrant diploid flower is typical of those introduced by the late Pauline Henry in her Siloam series and was created about that same time period. It is very dormant and a rapid increaser. It is an early bloomer. We love this miniature daylily and it makes a great garden edging plant. Double fan $6 |
